St Francis Xavier School Child and Youth Risk Management Strategy

Your children and their safety and wellbeing are our priority. St Francis Xavier School wants to do everything possible to ensure that it promotes and protects the rights, interests and wellbeing of children and young people.

Brisbane Catholic Education and our school have each developed a Child and Youth Risk Management Strategy, as required by law. The aim of BCE’s and St Francis Xavier Child and Youth Risk Management Strategies is to ensure that BCE and our school has policies and procedures in place that create safe and supportive environments for children and young people.

BCE’s and St Francis Xavier Child and Youth Risk Management Strategies draw together the values, commitments, policies and procedures which have been developed by BCE and our school to protect and promote the rights, interests and wellbeing of our students. The strategies refer to our codes of conduct (for employees, volunteers and other personnel), recruitment procedures, student protection processes, training opportunities and blue card screening procedures.
