Uniform shop opening hours
Usual trading hours for the Uniform Shop are Friday 8am - 9.30am and 2.45pm - 3.15pm.
Online queries and orders welcome. If your child requires a uniform fitting you will need to make an appointment. Please email the uniform shop to arrange a time. Please contact

School uniform
St Francis Xavier School students are expected to maintain a high standard of dress and grooming which:
- Supports a positive atmosphere where study and learning can flourish.
- Promotes school unity and pride.
- Presents an appropriate image of our school to the broader community and to each other.
Students and parents should note the following:
- Uniforms should be clean, tidy and in good repair.
- Hair should be clean and tidy. Hair longer than collar length must be tied back with a blue or white ribbon/band or school checked scrunchie. Extreme hair styles or hair products, which draw attention to the student, are not permitted. eg mohawk, shaved shapes, tracks, hair in eyes and excessive use of gel.
- Braids/ extensions should be in a natural colour
- Hair accessories (including beads) must be in blue and/or white
- Fingernails must be clean, well trimmed and unpolished.
- Acceptable jewellery will include: a watch and sleepers or studs (one per ear lobe) and a religious symbol.
- Tattoos are not to be visible while in school uniform.
Students must adhere to the uniform and grooming policy and regulations.
The Uniform Shop is open each Friday morning of school term from 8am until approximately 9.30am and any other times as announced in the school newsletter. Order forms can be collected from either Uniform Shop or School Office or school web site
www.stfrancisxavier.qld.edu.au. Fill in and return to School Office with payment and order will be filled ASAP. Please note that you can pay by cash, eftpos and credit card (purchases over $20) but no cheques will be accepted.
